This is the Dutch packaging variant of Zartan, which was primarily available in the Netherlands in 1987. It was distributed in the Netherlands by Milton Bradley International B.V.
It was also available in Belgium, (although most likely only in Flanders, the Dutch speaking parts of Belgium), distributed by Hasbro-MB N.V/S.A, a subsidiary of Milton Bradley International B.V.
Belgium also had their own dual language French/Dutch version of this toy, which was available exclusively in Belgium, also distributed by Hasbro-MB N.V/S.A.
The Swamp Skier (Chameleon) toy was made in Waterford, Ireland by MB Ireland, Ltd. The Zartan action figure was made in Hong Kong.
